If it should ever become necessary to return a product for any reason, please call our office at 888-524-8627. If we determine that the product is eligible for return we will issue you a return authorization number. Ship the product FREIGHT PREPAID with this number prominantly displayed on the shipping label of the returned product or the shipment will be refused. Refunds under our 90 day money back satisfaction guarantee apply only to standard POU (Point-of-Use) products and will only be made for products returned in an undamaged condition. Refunds for defective products will be made only after the product is inspected and it is determined that the product suffers from a manufacturer's defect, and has not been damaged, abused, or improperly installed by the customer. Returns for POE (Point-of-Entry) products will only made for products that suffer from manufacturer's defects that make on-site repair or replacement of said defective parts unfeasable. Refunds for such systems will be made only after the product is inspected and it is determined that the product suffers from a manufacturer's defect and has not been damaged, abused, or improperly installed by the customer. In any event, such products must be returned within 30 days of delivery for any refund to apply. Customer is responsible to make sure that any POE product ordered is suitable for its purpose and can be installed properly.
