Purpose
The LIVINGWATERS™ LWUC3 unique 5-stage design provides effective reduction of chlorine, chloramine and their disinfection by-products, fluoride, heavy metals including arsenic, volatile organic chemicals (VOC's), hormone disruptors, and pathogenic microorganisms, yet refines water in a way that preserves the healthy alkaline minerals of calcium, magnesium and potassium. The system also improves the redox potential of water (imparts extra electrons) causing it to become a potent anti-oxidant! This effect is easily measured with any meter capable of measuring redox potential.

Most importantly, because alkaline minerals are preserved, the system makes water that is extremely delicious for drinking or making your favorite beverages. Best of all the system works without power or the need for high water pressures and provides a continuous supply of filtered water even during emergencies and power outages — just when you need it the most. Like all LIVINGWATERS™ systems, the unit employs standard 9-3/4” cartridges making it easily upgradable as future technology changes.

What's Included
The LIVINGWATERS™ LWUC3 features one clear and two white polypropylene housings with a premium lead-free, “Euro” style long-reach monitor faucet that conveniently mounts from the top of the sink. Optional decorator faucets are available. All of these faucets include a handy built-in monitor that tells you when it is time to change your filters. It is supplied with  one LW10HA2 cartridge in the first housing for removal of sediment, fluoride and arsenic, one LW10NCSTMF  ultrafiltration cartridge in the second housing to insure removal of 99.9999% of all bacteria, molds, spores, and cysts and 99.95% of virus, and one LW10KCAC™ in the third housing to remove chemicals and heavy metals. Unit is also supplied with a spanner wrench and extra EPDM “O” ring.
